Description
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders and development teams to define project scope, vision, and priorities.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
- Communicate changes, enhancements, and requirements through documentation and presentations.
- Ensure technology solutions align with business needs and organizational goals.
- Research, document, test, and support implementation of business solutions.
- Develop deliverables such as:
- Activity diagrams
- Use cases
- User stories
- Entity-relationship diagrams
- State transition diagrams
- Validate requirements for completeness, consistency, feasibility, and compliance with standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system and application issues.
- Support quality assurance and testing activities.
- Maintain system documentation and procedural manuals.
- Develop prototypes of system interfaces as needed.
- Analyze and document current and future-state business processes.
- Interpret and refine business rules and functional requirements.
- Create and maintain business requirements documentation.
- Plan, schedule, and facilitate meetings and workshops.
- Manage and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Produce reports and project artifacts.
- Coordinate production releases and implementations.
- Assist with organizational change management initiatives.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Technical & Functional Skills
- Experience establishing and maintaining business process workflows.
- Ability to create test plans and test cases.
- Strong ability to communicate business and technical information effectively (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in writing detailed technical and functional documentation.
- Experience analyzing and optimizing business processes.

- Experience with Integrated Eligibility Systems, including:
- SNAP
- TANF
- Medicaid systems
- Okta
