Job Summary: As an SEO Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in our SEO team, assisting in the development and implementation of search engine optimization strategies for our clients. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn and grow in the field of Search Engine Optimization.
Location: Remote
The Inflow team is distributed throughout many states in the USA and works remotely. This role can be based in the following States where Inflow is an established employer: Colorado, Florida, Michigan, and Idaho. Please note that you must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship to qualify for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the execution of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic to client websites.
- Conduct keyword research
- Support the creation and optimization of on-page content, including meta tags, headings, and internal linking structures.
- Developing copy for client websites.
- Monitor website performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO software.
- Collaborate with content creators to ensure SEO best practices are incorporated into content production.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
- Assist in creating and updating monthly SEO reports for clients.
- Coordinate with various team members and Leadership to ensure timely fulfillment of client work.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and events.
- Assist in the preparation of materials including emails, presentation decks, and client deliverables.
- Support the team in maintaining accurate CRM (Hubspot) updates, and managing documentation.
- Attend client and prospect meetings, take accurate notes, document action items, and assist in their timely delivery.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years in B2B marketing or marketing agency experience. Unfortunately, if you do not have this experience, your application cannot be considered.
- Either a degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Excellent time management skills
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Moz, Ahrefs, or SEMrush is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
