Business Development Representative: Senior Living Marketing (Remote, US)
Inflow's Senior Living Industry brand, Harbour Light Digital helps communities fill rooms with qualified leads from search, paid media and their website.
In the Business Development Representative role, you'll be the first voice many operators hear from us. Your job is to reach owners, executive directors and sales leaders and earn 60 minutes for a free Growth Audit.
Duties and Responsibilities
Prospecting & Research
- Build and maintain target lists of senior living operators, owners and sales leaders using online research, state licensing data, and industry sources
- Research each community before outreach: recent openings or ownership changes, leadership changes, and online visibility against nearby competitors
- Prioritize accounts by fit
Outreach
- Make 40+ outbound calls a day in focused call blocks, supported by personalized email and LinkedIn outreach
- Run multi-touch sequences with persistence and professionalism, following up until you get a clear yes or no
- Navigate corporate gatekeepers to reach the right decision maker
- Handle common objections ("we already have an agency," "we're full," "no budget") with curiosity and confidence
Qualification & Booking
- Qualify prospects against defined criteria: decision-making authority, community size and occupancy need
- Book qualified Growth Audit meetings on the sales leader's calendar
- Confirm every meeting and reschedule no-shows
- Hand off a clean brief before each meeting: who they are, what they said and why now
Pipeline & Reporting
- Log every call, email and outcome in the CRM the same day
- Own a weekly scorecard: dials, conversations, meetings booked, meetings held and meetings qualified
- Bring patterns from the phones to weekly reviews: objections heard, messaging that lands and segments that convert
Industry Knowledge
- Learn the language of senior living: census, move-ins, inquiry-to-tour, lease-up
- Stay current on occupancy trends, industry news and competing agencies
- Support pre- and post-conference outreach around events such as SLEC, SMASH and the Senior Housing News Sales & Marketing Conference

- Coachable: you apply feedback quickly
- Accurate, same-day CRM logging
