About Inflection

Inflection builds educational video courses for life's most challenging moments. Our products (FertilityIQ, MenopauseIQ, SensitivityIQ, DivorceIQ, ElderCareIQ, and End of LifeIQ) are licensed by a blue-chip list of Fortune 500 employers and our product is localized in 70+ countries. We have superb client retention, which is a reflection of our offering.

The Role

The Educational Content Manager is Inflection's editorial authority and expert network curator for a defined set of health topics. They are the person who finds the right clinicians and researchers, earns their trust, and keeps those relationships warm over time. It's a hybrid role – part managing editor, part field researcher, part content strategist.

You'll own FertilityIQ, MenopauseIQ, and SensitivityIQ, three distinct but related products within the women's health space. You'll be a domain expert (or become one fast) who can identify the right experts, ask them the right questions, and translate complex information into clear, structured content for a layperson who might be watching one of our videos on their lunch break.

What You'll Do

  • Own the content pipeline across FertilityIQ, MenopauseIQ, and SensitivityIQ – review existing content for accuracy, flag outdated material, and develop new content when it's warranted.
  • Build and maintain an expert network – recruit and vet new expert contributors, stay in regular contact with established ones, and do the prep work that makes expert interviews go well.
  • Stay current in your fields – track research, monitor clinical developments, and know when something matters enough to act on.
  • Work directly with video production – refine the accuracy, clarity, and structure of existing educational content; develop any necessary supplemental course elements like checklists, summaries, and cost guides.
  • Partner with the Client Services team on webinar development and execution in your subject areas. This might include topic development, deck creation / review, and co-presenting.
  • Attend conferences and video shoots (2–3x/year, domestic and occasionally international) to extend the expert network and produce new content.
  • Serve as an internal subject matter resource for sales and client materials. Synthesize feedback from the Sales and Client Services teams to inform content decisions.

What You Bring

  • Familiarity with women's health – ideally reproductive health, fertility, or menopause – through clinical training, journalism, research, or adjacent professional experience.
  • The ability to read and interpret clinical data, work directly with experts, and translate complex information for a lay audience.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with experience in educational scripts, curricula, or long-form content.
  • Natural relationship-building – you should genuinely enjoy talking to the leading minds in a field and keeping those relationships warm.
  • Comfort with (or genuine curiosity about) AI-assisted research and content workflows. We're actively building these and you'll help shape how we use them.
  • Initiative – You don't wait to be told what to do next. You're energized by figuring things out and move toward problems rather than waiting for them to be assigned.
  • Adaptability — as a small team, our needs shift and roles evolve, and taking on new responsibilities over time should feel like opportunity.
  • Experience with international or multicultural content is a strong plus.

Why Inflection

We're a small, focused team and we intend to stay that way. We're non-hierarchical by design, which means there isn't a traditional promotion ladder here. What there is instead is real ownership of content decisions, expert relationships, and a product that matters. There’s room to grow that ownership as the company evolves.

Onboarding will look more like shadowing than a structured program. The people who do best here come in curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and ready to jump in before they've been told exactly how.

We're building something hard to replicate: a curated network of leading clinicians and researchers who trust us to translate their expertise for the people who need it most. If that sounds like your kind of work, we'd like to talk!
