Job Title: Marketing Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Remote, USA (NY, NJ)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns
• Coordinate marketing materials and collateral
• Manage social media platforms and engage with followers
• Conduct competitive market research and analyze data to identify trends to best position IWV packages & tours.
• Assist in planning promotional events and trade shows
• Collaborate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives
• Create and maintain promotional landing pages.
• Correspond with external media vendors for scheduling and maintenance of advertisements.
• Review approve & load user-provided content (including photos & customer reviews)
• Evaluate new marketing channels.
• Create promotional tracking links, and UTM for external marketing partners for all advertisements.
• Maintain all marketing plans and track product deadlines 
• Create & send all email marketing broadcast
• Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed
• Other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related Travel & Tourism field
• 2+ years of experience in a marketing role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritize job functions to meet deadlines
• Experience working within CMS and CRM platforms
• Understanding of current marketing trends in digital advertising and travel
• Knowledge of Google Analytics a plus
