Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise lawn care and landscaping crews daily
  • Drive truck and trailer safely to job sites
  • Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to company standards
  • Train and motivate crew members
  • Operate landscaping equipment safely
  • Communicate with customers and management professionally
  • Keep track of materials, equipment, and job progress
  • Ensure crews follow safety procedures and company policies

Requirements

  • Experience in lawn care and landscaping required
  • Previous crew leader or foreman experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license required (ability to drive truck/trailer preferred)
  • Strong work ethic and leadership skills
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality required


Salary

$25 - $30 per hour
