Infinite Health has an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Certified Medical Assistant with supervisory experience.

The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for assisting the physician in clinic, as well as in order fulfillment. Candidate will also be cross-trained to assist with front desk responsibilities.

Additionally, the successful candidate is open-minded, adaptable, ambitious, health-conscious, self-motivated, solutions-oriented, and a team player. This position requires high touch patient-centric service, proficient in algebraic math, the ability to multi-task with a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in EHR scribing.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT MAY NOT BE LIMITED TO:

CLINIC

• Take and record vitals, including weight, blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, etc.;
• Collect, track, and maintain patient history; record any new data;
• Mix and Administer injections as directed by physician;
• Assist in nutritional IV infusions as directed by physician;
• Assist in mixing proprietary BHRT and longevity promoting injections as directed;
• Assist in regenerative procedures by prepping room with requisite supplies, prep patient for procedure, assisting physician during procedure, and post-procedure clean-up as directed;
• Phlebotomy;
• Scribe physician's notes in EHR while physician engages the patient - must also be able to scribe during virtual appointments;
• Complete superbill in accordance with policies and procedures to ensure appropriate reimbursement and profitability of clinic;
• Maintain medical supply inventories and supply requisition requests in accordance with policies and procedures;
• Ensure patient confidentiality is upheld;
• Take instruction from and report updates to registered nurse/overseeing physician.
• Ensure rooms are kept clean and sterile.
• All other responsibilities as directed by physician and/or supervisor.

FRONT DESK:

• Open and close office in accordance with policies and procedures
• Answer multi-line phone in under three rings and triage calls appropriately
• Convert new patient prospects into booked appointments
• Schedule follow-up appointments and confirm with patient
• Take payments and remint collection reports in accordance with policies and procedures
• Work closely with the billing department to ensure patient balances are current
• Work closely with all team members to ensure patient-partners receive VIP-level treatment
• All other responsibilities as be required to ensure the patient experience is excellent and the company is profitable.

EDUCATION:

College Preferred, Medical Assisting Certification Required

EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ Years of Previous OutPatient Medical Assistant Experience Required
• 5+ Years of Previous Customer Service Experience Required
