Position Overview
As an LPC/LCSW/LMFT at Infinite Healing, you will have the opportunity to build and maintain your own caseload while benefiting from the resources, support, and community that Infinite Healing provides. You will provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy using a holistic approach to mental health. Key Responsibilities
Client Services
- Provide individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions for a variety of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, and relationship challenges.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and history.
- Incorporate evidence-based and holistic therapeutic approaches (CBT, DBT, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, etc.) into treatment.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and session documentation in accordance with state laws and HIPAA regulations.
- Ensure ethical and confidential practices in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
Collaboration & Professional Development
- Work closely with Infinite Healing team members to coordinate care and provide holistic support.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, workshops, and continuing education to stay current on best practices.
Community & Outreach
- Contribute to community engagement initiatives, such as workshops, presentations, or events promoting mental health awareness.
- Support client wellness by empowering clients to develop coping skills, achieve goals, and navigate life transitions.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work two evening shifts per week until 5:00 PM to accommodate clients with after-work availability.
- Lead at least one group therapy session annually (6–12 weeks) to provide a structured, interactive learning and support environment.
Qualifications
Required
- Active, unrestricted LPC, LCSW, or LMFT licensure in Wisconsin.
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical therapy experience, including individual, couples, and family therapy.
- Knowledge of evidence-based and holistic treatment modalities.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and cultural competency skills.
- Passion for holistic healing, integrating mind, body, and spirit in clinical practice.
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
Preferred
- Additional certifications or specialized training (EMDR, mindfulness, trauma-focused therapy, family therapy, etc.).
- Experience with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma survivors, couples).
- Previous experience in private practice or a multidisciplinary clinical setting.
