THE OPPORTUNITY

infineo is looking for a Project Manager, Technology to sit at the intersection of delivery excellence and product quality. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, you'll own end-to-end project management for technology initiatives — driving planning, coordination, and execution across engineering, product, and compliance teams — while ensuring the quality, reliability, and security of infineo's fintech platform and life insurance-backed digital asset products through structured QA practices.

This is a dual-function role for someone who has delivered complex technology projects in regulated financial services environments and has hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own end-to-end project management for technology initiatives — platform development, integrations, and product launches — across infineo's fintech and insurtech ecosystem.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, resource allocations, and risk registers; communicate project health proactively to the CTO and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies — sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives — in collaboration with engineering and product teams.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Technology, Product, Compliance, and Business stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, timelines, and delivery expectations.
• Manage project scope, change requests, and trade-off decisions using structured change control; track and report KPIs, velocity metrics, and delivery progress to leadership.
• Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications, APIs, and blockchain-integrated platforms.
• Perform and oversee manual and automated functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across development and staging environments.
• Build automated test suites using industry-standard frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar) and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Conduct API testing and validation using tools like Postman or REST Assured; perform data integrity testing on insurance policy data, transaction records, and tokenized asset workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects through the full bug lifecycle; partner with engineers to prioritize and resolve issues within sprint cycles.
• Support compliance and audit readiness by ensuring test documentation meets SOC 2, regulatory, and internal policy standards; embed quality gates into delivery checkpoints.
• Coordinate vendor and third-party integration timelines, contracts, and deliverables in partnership with Legal and Operations.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 4+ years of combined project management and quality assurance experience, preferably in fintech, insurtech, or financial services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder technology projects from kickoff through delivery.
• Hands-on experience writing and executing manual and automated test cases across web, mobile, or API layers.
• Proficiency with at least one automated testing framework (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium).
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API testing methodologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, iterative release cycles, and backlog management.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
• Understanding of data security, privacy, and compliance requirements in regulated financial services environments.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills — able to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

BONUS POINTS FOR

• PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification.
• ISTQB, CSTE, or equivalent QA certification.
• Experience with blockchain-based, tokenized asset, or digital finance platforms.
• Familiarity with life insurance products, securitization processes, or financial asset management.
• Knowledge of SOC 2, NIST, or other security and compliance frameworks and their implications for QA and project governance.
• Experience with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, k6, Locust).
• Exposure to database testing and SQL query validation in financial systems contexts.
• Proficiency with project management and issue tracking platforms (Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, Asana).
• Experience in a startup or high-growth fintech environment where processes are actively being built and refined.
• Basic proficiency with AI tools and a willingness to integrate emerging technologies into daily workflows.
