THE OPPORTUNITY

infineo is looking for a Product Manager to serve as the strategic driver of the company’s product roadmap — translating complex business objectives and customer needs into clear, actionable product initiatives. Reporting directly to the Chief Technology Officer, this role bridges technology, operations, and commercial teams to define, prioritize, and deliver products that advance infineo’s mission in life insurance-backed digital assets and blockchain-enabled financial services. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Own and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and iteration.
• Define and maintain a prioritized product roadmap aligned with company strategy, technical capabilities, and market opportunities.
• Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and product specifications.
• Conduct customer research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to surface insights that inform product decisions.
• Serve as the primary voice of the customer within the product development process, ensuring solutions address real user pain points.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and cross-functional alignment meetings to keep development on track and on schedule.
• Develop detailed test cases and acceptance scenarios to validate product functionality against defined requirements.
• Execute test cases across development and staging environments to verify quality and readiness prior to release.
• Work with engineering to develop automated AI testing agents that expand test coverage and accelerate release cycles.
• Define and track key product metrics and KPIs; analyze performance data to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the CTO on technology strategy, evaluating build vs. buy decisions and platform scalability considerations.
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and client success teams to ensure successful product go-to-market execution and adoption.
• Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to fintech, insurtech, and blockchain-based financial products.
• Communicate product vision, progress, and updates to executive leadership and cross-functional teams with clarity and confidence.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
• 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally within fintech, insurtech, financial services, or a technology-driven startup environment.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering software products from concept through launch using Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, interpret data, and make evidence-based prioritization decisions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working with APIs, data platforms, or digital asset/blockchain infrastructure is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and execute in a fast-paced, resource-constrained environment.
• High proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ProductBoard, or similar platforms.

BONUS POINTS FOR

• Experience with life insurance products, credit union markets, or institutional financial services.
• Familiarity with blockchain, tokenization, or digital asset platforms.
• Exposure to regulatory frameworks governing financial technology products, including SEC, FINRA, or state insurance regulations.
• Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Looker) and comfort working with data engineering teams.
• Background in UX/UI collaboration; ability to partner effectively with designers to deliver intuitive user experiences.
• CSPO (Certified Scrum Product Owner), PMI-ACP, or comparable product management certification.
• Basic proficiency with AI tools and a willingness to integrate emerging technologies into daily workflows.
