Job Overview:

Inema Home Health LLC is looking for skilled and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team as independent contractors. This role involves providing in-home nursing care to clients, conducting assessments, and supporting individualized care plans in alignment with our commitment to high-quality home health services. Responsibilities:

- Provide in-home nursing care to clients according to individualized care plans

- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' health status and needs

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers

- Educate clients and their families on disease management and self-care techniques

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and holistic care

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care and progress

- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and best practices in nursing care

Requirements:

- Valid RN license in the state of [Insert State]

- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related setting
