Salary Range: $22 to $24 per hour

Job Overview:

Inema Home Health LLC is seeking qualified and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team as independent contractors, providing in-home healthcare services to our clients. This position is ideal for an LPN who is looking for flexibility and the opportunity to make a significant difference in clients’ lives by delivering high-quality care directly in their homes.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care in accordance with the individualized care plan

- Monitor and record patient’s condition and notify healthcare team of any changes

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare procedures

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Requirements:

- Valid LPN license in the state of Maine

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a home healthcare setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- CPR certification

- Reliable transportation
