Reporting directly to the Operations Director the Account Coordinator will play a critical role in managing customer engagement through HubSpot. You will be responsible for ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining smooth communication with clients, with a focus on closing deals. This position is a hourly wage plus an opportunity to earn a monthly bonus.

Description

Essential Functions

  • Call every quote that includes a phone number for deals up to $10,000
  • Work exclusively within HubSpot, focusing on managing customer quotes in the “Deal” section
  • Handle customer replies to follow-up questions, addressing their questions and needs.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues or concerns
  • Ensure timely and effective response to client request
  • Actively engage with customers and work towards closing deals, ensuring prompt and professional communication
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Performs other duties as assigned


Education and Competencies 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field OR a combination of relevant customer service and/or  sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and manage multiple customer interactions.
  • Persistent and goal-oriented approach to sales.
  • Preference will be given to candidates who have experience using systems like HubSpot, Shopify, Quoter, and Planergy

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: No
  • Work environment: Warehouse setting, controlled temperatures 
  • Physical demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times.

Travel required: Minimal, as required

Salary

$20 - $22 per hour
