COMPENSATION OVERVIEW

OTE Potential: $65,000 – $140,000+ (Performance-Driven)

Structure: Independent Contractor (No Base Salary Initially)

We are hiring our first Marketing Lead (CMO Track).

Your mission is simple:


Build a scalable inbound demand generation engine that consistently produces qualified opportunities for Sales and Revenue teams.

You own how Indivieu attracts, captures, and converts cold traffic into inbound pipeline.


WHAT YOU’LL OWN

📈 Paid Acquisition

  • Build and optimize Google Ads campaigns
  • Launch Meta campaigns
  • Test LinkedIn ads
  • Manage retargeting systems
  • Improve cost efficiency and lead quality

🧠 Landing Pages & Conversion Optimization

  • Build and optimize landing pages
  • Improve conversion rates
  • Test offers, messaging, and lead magnets
  • Increase inbound form submissions

📣 Content & Demand Generation

  • Develop case studies and proof assets
  • Build conversion-focused marketing content
  • Support funnel assets (guides, ebooks, webinars)
  • Strengthen inbound trust signals

⚙️ Marketing Systems

  • Set up marketing automation workflows
  • Build email nurture sequences
  • Improve tracking + attribution
  • Support HubSpot marketing integration


IMPORTANT ROLE CLARIFICATION

Indivieu operates with clear functional ownership:


  • CRO Track (Revenue Lead) → Revenue optimization & forecasting
  • CSO Track (Sales Lead) → Sales execution & closing
  • CBDO Track (Business Development Lead) → Partnerships & distribution
  • CMO Track (This Role) → Inbound demand generation

You own demand creation, not closing or revenue management.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Required

  • 4–8+ years in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation
  • Experience running Google Ads and/or Meta Ads
  • Strong landing page optimization experience
  • Understanding of conversion funnels and analytics
  • Comfortable in early-stage startup environments


Preferred

  • SaaS or agency marketing experience
  • SEO + content experience
