🚀 BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GTM LEAD (CBDO TRACK)

Indivieu LLC | Remote (U.S. Preferred) | Contractor to Start


COMPENSATION OVERVIEW

OTE Potential: $70,000 – $120,000 (performance-based)

Starting Structure: Independent Contractor (Commission + Revenue-Based Incentives)

Future Salary (Upon Conversion): $55,000 – $85,000 Base + Commission

Equity Opportunity: Up to 3.00% Fully Diluted (Milestone-Based, Separate Agreement)

Indivieu is a digital marketing, consulting, and emerging software company building systems to help businesses generate leads, improve CRM infrastructure, and scale revenue.

  • Agency Services (SEO, Paid Media, CRM, Web, Automation)
  • SaaS (SalesVieu / IndivieuOS – in development)

We are building a multi-engine revenue ecosystem, not a traditional agency.


ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring our first Business Development & GTM Lead.

This role is responsible for building how Indivieu creates and sources demand across all business units.

You are not a closer, and you are not a sales rep.

You are building the pipeline creation systems, partnership channels, and go-to-market foundations that feed our Revenue (CRO track) and Sales (CSO track) teams.


WHAT YOU’LL OWN📈 Demand & Pipeline Creation

  • Build outbound + inbound lead generation systems
  • Identify scalable acquisition channels
  • Improve lead quality and pipeline flow into Sales & Revenue teams
  • Support early execution of outreach campaigns when needed


🤝 Partnerships & Ecosystem Growth

  • Build referral partner network
  • Develop strategic alliances and co-marketing channels
  • Create repeatable partner onboarding systems
  • Expand distribution beyond direct outbound efforts


🧠 GTM Strategy & Positioning

  • Define ICPs across agency and SaaS
  • Support messaging, positioning, and pricing refinement
  • Turn early traction into repeatable GTM frameworks


⚙️ Growth Infrastructure

  • Improve CRM structure and pipeline visibility (HubSpot)
  • Document workflows, SOPs, and lead processes
  • Help establish foundation for future GTM hires


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5–8+ years experience in business development, GTM, partnerships, or B2B growth roles
  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or pipeline building
  • Strong understanding of how deals are sourced (not just closed)
  • Comfortable in early-stage or high-ambiguity environments
  • Strong communicator with ability to work cross-functionally
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred
  • Agency, SaaS, consulting, or B2B services experience strongly preferred


IMPORTANT ROLE CLARIFICATION

Indivieu already has dedicated leadership in place:

  • Revenue Lead (CRO Track) → Revenue strategy, optimization, performance
  • Sales Lead (CSO Track) → Sales execution, closing, sales systems

This role focuses specifically on:

Pipeline creation, demand generation, partnerships, and distribution systems.

COMPENSATION STRUCTURE

  • Commission on personally influenced deals
  • Revenue overrides for partnerships and systems created
  • Performance-based bonuses (as applicable)
  • Future salary eligibility upon company conversion
  • Long-term equity opportunity (milestone-based)


EQUITY OPPORTUNITY

Up to 3.0% fully diluted equity, earned over time through:

  • Measurable revenue impact

Equity is subject to vesting, milestone achievement, and continued contribution.
