Claims Operations & Revenue Cycle Manager

Location: Novi, Michigan

Incingo is a medical cost containment company serving the workers’ compensation industry. We coordinate the delivery of durable medical equipment, medical supplies, transportation, home health care, home modifications, and other ancillary services through a nationwide network of vendor partners.


We are seeking a Claims Operations & Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee the operational and financial lifecycle of workers’ compensation referrals.


Position Summary

This role is responsible for managing claims-related service operations from authorization and coordination through billing, collections, and payment resolution.

The ideal candidate has experience in workers’ compensation, healthcare operations, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or ancillary healthcare services and is comfortable leading both people and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee workers’ compensation referrals from authorization through service completion.
  • Manage workflows involving DME and medical supplies, transportation, home health, home modifications, and other ancillary services.
  • Ensure timely coordination, accurate documentation, and strong client service.
  • Oversee billing, accounts receivable, collections, payment follow-up, and resolution of billing issues.
  • Monitor A/R aging, billing accuracy, collections, and other revenue cycle performance metrics.
  • Manage vendor performance, service quality, pricing, and operational escalations.
  • Lead and develop team members responsible for service coordination, claims operations, and revenue cycle activities.
  • Identify workflow improvements and opportunities to increase efficiency, accountability, and financial performance.
  • Provide regular reporting on operational, vendor, and revenue cycle performance.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in workers’ compensation, healthcare operations, claims operations, medical billing, revenue cycle management, or a related field.
  • Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of billing, A/R, collections, and payment resolution.
  • Experience managing vendors, providers, clients, or service partners.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Experience

Experience in workers’ compensation, medical cost containment, DME, transportation, home health, home modifications, catastrophic care coordination, or provider/vendor network management is highly desirable.


Work Environment

This is a full-time position based in Novi, Michigan with hybrid flexibility. Preference will be given to candidates located in Michigan.

Salary

$80,000 - $85,000 per year
