Job Overview

You will be responsible for developing account strategies, identifying commercial opportunities, leading business reviews, and ensuring partners maximize the value of INaudio's platform and services. Acting as the voice of your partners internally, you'll work closely with Product, Publisher Relations, Operations, Engineering, and Finance to deliver strategic initiatives and an exceptional partner experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the relationship owner and strategic partner for a portfolio of INaudio's largest and most important retail and library accounts, with accountability for account strategy, growth, retention, and overall partner success.
  • Develop and execute account plans that drive partner growth, engagement and long-term success.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor to your accounts.
  • Lead regular business reviews, sharing performance insights and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Drive commercial discussions, contract renewals and new partnership initiatives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects/initiatives with Product, Operations, Publisher Relations, Engineering, and Finance to deliver partner objectives.
  • Proactively manage risks, resolve issues and ensure a high standard of partner satisfaction.
  • Represent partner feedback internally, helping shape product improvements and strategic priorities.
  • Maintain accurate account plans, CRM records and commercial documentation.
  • Contribute expertise, account insights, and best practices that strengthen INaudio's broader account-management capabilities and improve how the organization supports strategic partners.


Qualifications & Skills

Required:

  • 7+ years' experience in account management, partnerships, customer success or business development.
  • Demonstrated success managing strategic customer relationships and delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and develop account strategies.
  • Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Collaborative and able to work effectively across cross-functional teams to deliver results.
  • Analytical, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in publishing, audiobooks, digital media, SaaS or technology.
  • Familiarity with digital content distribution, licensing or metadata.
  • Project coordination experience.
  • Book lover with a genuine passion for books, audiobooks and the publishing industry.
