Clinicians work predominantly with individuals ages 5 and up, that are experiencing a wide variety of issues, including ADHD, depression, anxiety, personality and mood disorders, and trauma. Clinicians are allowed a great deal of independence in working with clients and have flexibility in setting up their schedule.  

This position is for a contract worker, either full time or part time, hybrid in office and remote, or fully remote.  

Requirements:  

• MUST be licensed in Texas as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT; LPC-A not accepted at this time 
• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working as a mental health counselor  
• Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical direct to consumer mental health therapy to clients  
• The ability to use a personal computer to use the web-based software provided by the center for progress notes, treatment plans and scheduling 
• Ability to generate reports and progress notes in a timely manner 
• Manage a caseload of a minimum of 25 active clients in treatment, per week
