The Field Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and quality assurance for Coordinated Family Supports (CFS) services. This position supervises field staff, monitors service delivery, ensures compliance with Regional Center and regulatory requirements, and promotes person-centered services that increase independence and quality of life.

This position supervises field staff, monitors service delivery, ensures compliance with Regional Center and regulatory requirements, and promotes person-centered services that increase independence and quality of life.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate field staff. • Conduct field observations, case reviews, and quality assurance audits. • Review documentation for accuracy and compliance. • Support consumers, families, and service coordinators. • Participate in IPP and interdisciplinary meetings. • Ensure compliance with Title 17, Lanterman Act, DDS, HIPAA, and agency policies. • Train and mentor staff. • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance improvement. • Prepare reports and maintain supervisory records.
$22 - $33 per hour
