Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintain consumer records, case files, and service documentation. • Assist with intake, referrals, and onboarding of new consumers. • Coordinate appointments, meetings, trainings, and community activities. • Support service planning and person-centered goals. • Prepare reports, correspondence, and administrative documentation. • Track authorizations, assessments, and renewal deadlines. • Support quality assurance and compliance activities. • Attend community meetings and field visits as assigned. • Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Education Requirements

Master’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Public Administration, Counseling, Social Services, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

Minimum two (2) years of administrative experience in social services, healthcare, developmental disabilities, behavioral health, education, or a related field. Supervisory experience preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong organizational, communication, documentation, problem-solving, and computer skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professionalism.

Required Clearances

DOJ Background Clearance, Valid California Driver’s License, Proof of Auto Insurance, CPR/First Aid Certification (or ability to obtain), and Mandated Reporter Training.
