Provides day-to-day support for clients, implements service plans, and assists with independent living skills and family collaboration.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide one-on-one support to adults with developmental disabilities
- Support independent living skills and community integration
- Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality
- Complete documentation, daily logs, and reports accurately
- Follow safety, crisis-prevention, and mandatory reporting protocols
- Communicate regularly with supervisors and IHNFS leadership
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS
This offer is contingent upon:
- DOJ/FBI background clearance (Live Scan)
- Negative TB test or valid TB clearance
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Completion of the IHNFS new-hire packet
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Participation in required training and orientation
PROBATIONARY PERIOD
All new employees are subject to a 90-day probationary period. Performance, attendance, and overall fit will be evaluated.
AT-WILL EMPLOYMENT
Employment with IHNFS is at-will, meaning either party may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or notice.
