Aseva is hiring a relationship-driven sales representative to create qualified opportunities with companies of 100+ employees. This is an outbound role focused on converting an existing network into high-quality meetings and building a consistent pipeline through targeted prospecting. You must have a track record selling mission-critical business services or products. Experience selling technology services is a plus, but not required.


What you’ll do

  • Leverage your existing relationships to book qualified meetings in your first 30 days
  • Prospect into mid-market accounts using a focused outreach cadence (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Run discovery to confirm fit, pain, stakeholders, and buying process
  • Advance opportunities through a structured sales process and maintain clean CRM hygiene
  • Coordinate with Aseva technical and account teams to deliver the right solution and a smooth handoff
  • Build a forecastable pipeline and consistently drive new opportunities

30/60/90 expectations

  • First 2 weeks: Learn Aseva’s offerings, positioning, and ideal customer profile. Build a target list.
  • First 30 days: Generate meetings from your network and outbound efforts; begin discovery.
  • 60 days: Maintain a consistent qualified pipeline; move active opportunities through discovery.
  • 90 days: Produce a forecastable pipeline and early closed wins.

Qualifications (required)

  • A current, proven book of relationships with decision-makers at 100+ employee organizations
  • Track record selling mission-critical business services or products
  • Strong outbound skills (prospecting, messaging, follow-up, meeting conversion)
  • Comfortable leading discovery and navigating multi-stakeholder deals
  • Ability to work independently and manage time, territory, and pipeline

Preferred

  • Experience selling to IT and security stakeholders in the mid-market (100–2,000 employees)
  • Consultative, solution-based selling background
  • Existing relationships in a defined vertical (healthcare, finance, manufacturing, staffing, professional services, public sector, etc.)
  • Familiarity with MSP, cybersecurity, or cloud service models
  • Located in Phoenix/Tempe, AZ

Salary

$130,000 - $190,000 per year
