Impulse Creative is known for setting the standard in development in the HubSpot Solutions Partner community. We push the bounds of what our peers think possible by approaching problems from a strategic standpoint, but also from a highly technical approach. We are looking for a talented Web Developer to join our team and help us continue to set the precedence of what a RevOps Growth Agency can accomplish in our space. Our agency currently builds several products, custom websites, API integrations with HubSpot, and so much more.
Description
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for participating in the development and support of our websites, web applications, and other digital products. Our developers work closely with the rest of our team (project managers, designers, writers, marketers, etc.) to help meet project specifications and deadlines. We’re looking for a candidate with a passion for learning, a team-centric attitude, and a willingness to do what it takes to make our clients happy.
This is a FTE role. No contracts or 1099.
The Day to Day...
- Strategically problem-solve and creatively assist our clients with technical issues
- Collaborating with the other developers and other team members to establish objectives and design more functional, cohesive code to enhance the user experience
- Assist in project planning and website design
- Assist in feedback for technical and development needs
- Build Pixel-Perfect websites
You'll be a good fit if you have...
- 2+ years of HubSpot development (HubL) experience, Preferred
- 2+ years of Agency experience, Preferred
- 2+ years of Client-facing communication experience
- Expert-Level HTML, CSS, jQuery, Javascript
- Proficient with Technical SEO
- Experience with Project management systems, preferably ClickUp or Asana
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously
- Ability to pivot and multitask
- Excellent communication skills
