Overview

The Trainer CSM is responsible for delivering structured, high-impact training that equips clients and their teams to effectively use Improvifi’s platform. This role ensures clients understand not just how to use the tools—but how to succeed with them.

Role Objective

To deliver timely, effective training that results in confident, capable clients who can implement Improvifi’s systems immediately.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver all assigned trainings within 7 days of assignment
  • Conduct engaging, structured Zoom training sessions for clients and their teams
  • Train clients on platform usage, sales processes, and financing strategies
  • Complete and upload training debriefs within 1 business day of each session
  • Verify onboarding completion prior to initiating training
  • Ensure clients understand and can execute key workflows and best practices
  • Maintain consistent training quality and standards across all sessions

Success Metrics

  • 100% training completion within ≤7 days
  • Debriefs completed within 1 business day
  • Training scorecards averaging ≥80%
  • High client confidence and readiness post-training

Salary

$50,000 - $80,000 per year
