Overview
The Production Management Assistant acts as the administrative support person for various components of the production operation and provides assistance to the assigned member of the management team.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily management of the production department in order to complete production tasks.
- Conduct team meetings, as needed.
- Track and handle department issues.
- Provide translation assistance between management and production line, as needed.
- Organize and conduct required new hire training and on-the-job training.
- Conduct and document regular cross-training from other departments, as required.
- Coordinate regular communication with Human Resources, Administration, and other departments to ensure needs are met for efficient workflow and strengthen collaboration.
- Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Education/Experience
- Fluency in English required.
- Fluency in Mandarin required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Proficiency in professional communication to collaborate effectively with coworkers and other departments.
- Willingness to develop skills and knowledge of manufacturing processes.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be a team player.
- Capacity to quickly learn required skills, such as basic office equipment and selected company software programs.
