Ensures the accurate movement and placement of raw materials and finished products throughout the workshop.



The Forklift Operator is responsible for ensuring the accurate movement and placement of raw materials and finished products throughout the workshop.



  1. Work in strict accordance with the requirements according to the process SOP, using the skills acquired during training.
  2. Obey the warehouse management arrangements, complete the forklift transportation of warehouse products, and ensure that the forklifted goods are not damaged during transport.
  3. Drive forklift in a safe manner, according to the operating regulations and safety requirements.
  4. Carry out "first in, first out" operations in the warehouse.
  5. Conduct daily inspections of forklifts.
  6. Conduct regular, required forklift repair and maintenance.
  7. Responsible for the sanitation and cleanliness of the work area and surrounding areas and the standard placement of items.
  8. Work seriously and responsibly, behave, and dress in compliance with company rules and regulations
  9. Participate in company safety training, identify hazard sources, understand emergency procedures, and implement production safety during the manufacturing process.
  10. Complete any other tasks as assigned by management.


Required Education/Experience

  • High school diploma required.
  • Forklift training certification required.
  • Previous experience driving 10-ton forklift or above preferred.
  • Fluency in English. Bi-lingual in Chinese (Mandarin) language preferred.



  • Acceptable level of proficiency in communication to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
  • Capacity to quickly learn required skills, such as basic office equipment and selected company software programs.
  • Ability to comprehend and interpret simple figures and text.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Must be a team player.
