Through our Capital Readiness Program (CRP) and IV Capital, we are building a pipeline from education → capital → long-term growth.
Position Overview
Impact Ventures is seeking a Director of Programs & Partnerships to lead the execution, scaling, and continuous improvement of our entrepreneurship programs while building the relationships that drive founder pipeline and ecosystem engagement.
This role owns the Inclusive Entrepreneurship pillar and ensures our programs are:
- High-quality and consistent
- Scalable across markets
- Directly connected to capital readiness and outcomes
This is a player-coach role—you will operate programs in the near term while building the systems and team to scale.
Key Responsibilities
1. Program Leadership & Execution
- Own the design, delivery, and performance of IV’s core programs, including the Capital Readiness Program (CRP) and technical assistance offerings
- Lead end-to-end execution of cohorts, including curriculum delivery, scheduling, and participant experience
- Ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across cohorts and locations
- Continuously refine program structure, curriculum, and delivery model
- Build a repeatable, scalable program model for expansion into additional markets
2. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Develop and manage relationships with mentors, community organizations, and ecosystem partners
- Build and maintain partnerships that support:
- Founder recruitment and referrals
- Program delivery (speakers, mentors, experts)
- Represent Impact Ventures at community events and ecosystem convenings
- Establish a consistent partner engagement strategy to strengthen IV’s presence across North Texas and beyond
- Track and manage partnership effectiveness (e.g., referral sources, engagement levels)
3. Pipeline, Systems & Impact Management
- Ensure programs serve as a strong pipeline into IV Capital by identifying and preparing high-potential founders
- Collaborate with the lending team to align program outcomes with capital readiness and underwriting needs
- Own program KPIs (e.g., founders served, completion rates, NPS, jobs created, capital readiness)
- Build and maintain systems for tracking participant data, outcomes, and program performance
- Develop and refine program playbooks, SOPs, and internal systems to support scalability
- Partner with Operations to ensure accurate reporting and alignment with organizational systems
Qualifications
Required
- 6–10+ years of experience in program leadership, entrepreneurship support, partnerships, or related fields
- Proven experience managing and scaling programs or initiatives
- Experience building and managing external partnerships
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
- Experience working with entrepreneurs, accelerators, or small business ecosystems
- Familiarity with capital access, lending, or investment readiness
- Experience managing and developing team members
- Experience with CRM systems and data tracking

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $85,000 – $110,000, commensurate with experience
