Job Summary: The Nursery Teacher is responsible for creating a nurturing and educational environment for young children. This role involves planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, ensuring the safety and well-being of children, and fostering positive relationships with parents and guardians.
Key Responsibility Areas:

Curriculum Development: Design and implement a curriculum that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development of preschool children.

Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment. Ensure that children are supervised at all times and follow safety protocols.

Child Assessment: Observe and assess the developmental progress of each child. Maintain accurate records and communicate progress to parents and guardians.

Individualized Instruction: Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the diverse needs and interests of each child.

Parent Communication: Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and guardians. Provide regular updates on their child's progress and address any concerns or questions.
