Are you a high school student interested in education or psychology?! This role involves working closely with educators and therapists to support children with diverse abilities.

Key responsibilities include

• assisting with individualized education plans (IEPs),
• supporting daily learning activities,
• preparing educational materials, and
• engaging with children to support their social and emotional development.

Additionally, maintaining safety and hygiene standards is crucial.

The ideal candidate should be currently enrolled in high school, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and be able to interact empathetically with children. A positive attitude and a passion for inclusive education are also important.

This paid internship offers $12/hour and provides valuable experience in early childhood and special education practices. It could potentially lead to a position as a Registered Behavior Technician upon graduation. The hours are from 3:00-5:00 PM (with flexibility to start as late as 3:30 PM) on Monday through Thursday.
