💼 About Us

Impact Learning & Development is a fast-paced, collaborative pediatric clinic offering individualized ABA therapy to children ages 2–10. We specialize in language, communication, and behavioral interventions that reduce challenging behaviors and promote meaningful skill development.


💪 What You’ll Do

As an RBT, you’ll work directly with children and families to implement behavior plans and support developmental growth. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team that celebrates every milestone and works together to make a lasting impact.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing behavior intervention plans and teaching strategies
  • Supporting children in clinic and school-based settings
  • Collecting and analyzing data to track progress
  • Collaborating with BCBAs, BCaBAs, and supervisors
  • Attending team meetings and ongoing training
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and confidentiality
  • Preparing for and passing the RBT competency and written exam


🎯 What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Age 18+
  • Energetic, compassionate, and loves working with children
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift/pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (kneeling, running, sitting on the floor, etc.)
  • Clear background check and fingerprint clearance
  • Willingness to complete training in CPR, HIPAA, crisis management, and mandated reporting
  • Completion of 40-hour RBT training (we’ll help you get there!)


Preferred:

  • Associate degree or higher in Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience working with children with special needs

Requirements

Must be an energetic person who enjoys working with children.

Must have your own reliable transportation to job sites.

Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 pounds.

Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer/tablet typing, standing, running, crawling, sitting on floor for periods of time)

Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision and hearing to carry out all duties and responsibilities

Must be able to pass a fingerprint, background clearance, and reference check

Must be able to pass classes in and/or gain certification in crisis management, CPR, HIPAA, and mandated reporter (all training provided)

Must be at least 18 years of age

Must have at least a high school diploma.

Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training (may be provided by Impact, if needed

Salary

$20 - $24.95 per hour
