Impact Learning & Development is a fast-paced, collaborative, multidisciplinary pediatric clinic that provides interventions to children who have language, communication, and behavioral needs. We provide interventions that are individualized to meet the needs of each child and used to decrease problem and (sometimes) aggressive behavior, as well as to promote skill acquisition. We are seeking full-time and/or part-time ABA Therapists (RBT's) to provide intensive clinic, and/or school based behavioral intervention with children 2-18 years of age.

Must be an energetic person who enjoys working with children.
Must have your own reliable transportation to job sites.
Must be able to lift and/or pull 50 pounds.
Must have full physical dexterity/agility or be able to independently position self and perform all movements required (bending, kneeling, computer/tablet typing, standing, running, crawling, sitting on floor for periods of time)
Must have sufficient corrected or uncorrected vision and hearing to carry out all duties and responsibilities
Must be able to pass a fingerprint, background clearance, and reference check
Must be able to pass classes in and/or gain certification in crisis management, CPR, HIPAA, and mandated reporter (all training provided)
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have at least a high school diploma.
Completion of 40 hour Registered Behavior Technician training (may be provided by Impact, if needed
$20 - $22.95 per hour
