We are looking for a detail-oriented, motivated and focused JD with a handful of years of transaction (equity, debt capital markets and/or mergers & acquisitions) experience who is looking to participate in the expansion and growth of a biotechnology company.

What You Will Do

• Oversee contracting, regulatory document creation and submission across various regulatory regimes
• Work closely with regulatory, strategy, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of company strategy initiatives across all verticals
• Contribute and participate in company strategy discussion
• Participate in investor relations and fundraising activities
• Contribute to drafting and crafting investor presentation and communications materials

What We Look For 

• 1-3 years of work experience with a premier law firm focused on executing equity capital markets, debt capital markets, and or mergers & acquisitions transactions
• JD or equivalent (US LLM +Bar if foreign law degree)
