We are seeking a strategic, hands-on commercial leader responsible for building the operational infrastructure that enables commercial success. This individual will establish scalable sales operations capabilities to support the successful launch and commercialization of NXC-201.
At Immix, we are developing NXC-201, a differentiated BCMA-directed CAR-T therapy with Breakthrough Therapy designation with lead indication in relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis. As we advance toward anticipated US launch in 2027, we are building the commercial capabilities required to bring this transformative therapy to patients with significant unmet need.
As an early member of the Commercial Operations leadership team, the Senior Director / Executive Director will initially serve as both a strategic leader to help shape the commercial plan and an operational contributor, designing process, implementing systems, managing key vendors, and supporting the commercial organization through launch. As the organization grows, this leader will build and lead a high-performing Sales Operations function.
