We are seeking a strategic, hands-on payer marketing leader to build the NXC-201 value story and prepare the payer marketing capabilities required to support coverage and patient access at US launch. At Immix, we are developing NXC-201, a BCMA-directed CAR-T therapy with Breakthrough Therapy designation and a lead indication in relapsed/refractory AL amyloidosis. As we advance toward anticipated US launch in 2028, we are building the commercial capabilities required to bring this transformative potential therapy to patients with significant unmet need.
The Director / Senior Director, Payer Marketing Lead, NXC-201 will own the US payer value story, pre-approval information exchange materials, payer research, reimbursement resources and training for the national key account management (KAM) team. Reporting to the VP, Marketing & Market Access, who is accountable for overall access strategy, this role will translate strategic priorities and clinical and economic evidence into practical payer marketing deliverables.
Initial success will be measured by developing the value story and pre-approval information exchange (PIE) deck to support payer evaluation ahead of formulary and coverage decisions. Longer term, this role will lead payer marketing execution through launch, evolve materials based on customer feedback and help build capabilities as business needs grow.
This role is fully focused on the US and will initially be a hands-on individual contributor managing agencies and cross-functional deliverables. Success requires meaningful CAR-T launch and PIE experience, strong judgment and the ability to execute with a high degree of autonomy.

· Translate clinical, patient burden and economic evidence into clear value messages tailored to payer needs
· Partner with Medical Affairs and HEOR contributors to identify evidence needs and shape value evidence planning
· Use payer research and competitive intelligence to anticipate coverage criteria, utilization management requirements and barriers to access
· Develop payer and account-team materials, value presentations, objection-handling resources and training to support launch coverage objectives
· Partner with the national KAM lead to translate account needs and coverage barriers into materials and training that support formulary and medical policy evaluation
· Develop reimbursement resources and provider economic materials using strategy and substantive inputs owned by Site Activation & Patient Services, including CAR-T acquisition, treatment setting and payment considerations
· Coordinate with Site Activation Strategy & Patient Services lead to align access communications with treatment center readiness and patient support needs
· Partner with Medical, Legal and Regulatory colleagues to ensure materials and activities undergo appropriate review and comply with applicable requirements
· Own the payer marketing launch plan, deliverables, readiness criteria and performance measures
· Equip the national KAM team with materials and evidence resources to support coverage execution; identify gaps requiring tailored content or additional evidence
· Coordinate with Brand Marketing, Medical Affairs, Commercial Operations and other partners to align value communication and launch execution
· Partner with the commercial strategy and launch excellence lead on cross-commercial dependencies, milestones and overall launch planning and consolidated budget coordination
· Identify payer marketing readiness risks and surface access barriers to the VP, Marketing & Market Access and relevant functional owners
· Manage agency and vendor relationships and coordinate cross-functional contributors; help develop a small payer marketing team as needs evolve
· Partner with the Trade & Pricing lead to incorporate relevant pricing, distribution and reimbursement inputs into the value story and payer materials
· Manage payer marketing agencies, vendors and functional budgets; contribute to consolidated commercial budget planning
· Use coverage updates from the KAM team and payer feedback and the effectiveness of access materials to refine strategy and execution
· Maintain a close working partnership with the Site Activation & Patient Services lead, who separately owns those capabilities
· Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA, PharmD or equivalent) preferred
· 7+ years of progressive experience within the biopharmaceutical industry, including relevant payer marketing or market access experience; level will reflect the scope and impact of relevant experience
· Hematology/oncology experience and demonstrated knowledge of CAR-T coverage and reimbursement required
· Meaningful hands-on CAR-T experience in US payer marketing, market access or related commercial roles required
