We are seeking fun, high-energy, and dedicated staff to work in our daytime community-based program serving Davis County.

Schedule and Work-Life Balance

  • Part-time position
  • Typical hours: ~8:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Monday through Friday only
  • No weekend work
  • Workdays may vary between Monday and Friday while maintaining daytime hours

Position Overview

This role is 100% community-based. Staff support individuals during daily outings and activities such as museum visits, movies, swimming, small hikes, zoo trips, FrontRunner rides, and other community events. Staff also assist individuals in developing life skills and building meaningful social connections.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support young adults with safety as the top priority
  • Build positive, respectful relationships with all program participants
  • Safely transport 1–3 clients to and from activities using your personal vehicle
  • Assist with daily living skills, including communication, safety awareness, social skills, and personal care needs
  • Implement individualized care plans, behavior support plans, and life skills training
  • Encourage independence and meaningful community involvement
  • Monitor and respond to changes in clients’ health, behavior, or well-being
  • Participate in daily activities and outings
  • Maintain accurate documentation, including attendance, daily logs, progress tracking, and reports in accordance with Imber Services policies

Qualifications

  • 20 years or older
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Reliable personal transportation

  • Ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification within 30 days of hire
  • Experience is helpful but not required; training is provided
