Imagine is dedicated to the dental industry in bringing digital open architecture solutions to laboratories and clinics. We are a leader in supplying and support brand recognized dental CAD/CAM equipment and software. Imagine also specializes in manufacturing medical devices and customized dental prosthetics.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple orders and priorities at once. They take ownership of their work, follow through on outstanding items and are proactive about resolving issues or discrepancies.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Create and submit purchase orders to vendors based on company needs
• Track open purchase orders and follow up with vendors on order status, backorders and expected delivery dates
• Review order details, pricing and vendor documentation for accuracy
• Work closely with the Sales and Customer Care teams to support customer orders and provide information on product availability, backorders, lead times and expected delivery dates
• Identify and resolve discrepancies involving purchase orders, invoices, pricing, quantities or shipments
• Communicate with vendors regarding orders, invoices, credits, returns and other purchasing-related issues
• Coordinate with inventory and shipping/receiving to ensure incoming products are properly tracked and available for customer orders
• Assist with other order processing, purchasing and administrative responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in purchasing, order management or a related role
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and working directly with vendors
• Experience reviewing pricing, invoices and order documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Experience with Salesforce and QuickBooks preferred
