Responsibilities

Prospecting and Reengagement 

  • Generate new prospects navigate through sales cycle to close 
  • Deploy systematic and strategic outbound prospecting communications 
  • Field, schedule, support and deliver sales calls and capabilities presentations 
  • Reengage previous clients (lapsed and active) via phone, email, LinkedIn 
  • Attend occasional, local networking and in-person opportunities  

Sales Operations 

  • Create sales proposals and presentation decks upon request 
  • Maintain pristine client, prospect, account, and opportunity records 
  • Conceive and build reports on revenue, jobs, and clients in CRM  
  • Generate and review sales contracts, SOWs, and invoices 
  • Assist with transactional and operational tasks and communications 


***Please note that this position is commission/bonus eligible in addition to the listed salary base range***


Requirements

  • Excellent communication, written and spoken 
  • Ability to present detailed information clearly, with brevity 
  • Time management skills and an ability to prioritize between multiple tasks 
  • General CRM knowledge  
  • Enthusiasm for client-facing, external communications (face to face, phone, or on video) 
  • Demonstrable attention to detail, taking pride in accuracy 
  • Ability to work in person 3 days a week in our Brooklyn office 


Salary

$50,000 - $55,000 per year
