The Opportunity

As Sales Manager, you’ll be directly responsible for building and executing a high-performance sales strategy that delivers measurable results. What You'll Do

Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable (LMA)


  • Set, monitor, and drive achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Establish performance benchmarks and hold contributors accountable to KPIs
  • Coach and mentor team members to close deals and improve sales execution


Sales Process Ownership


  • Build, manage, and continuously improve a clear and scalable sales process
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to proposals, follow-ups, and close
  • Ensure every opportunity is tracked and advanced in a CRM system


Team Collaboration & Leadership


  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Sales Coordinator to ensure seamless handoff from sale to execution
  • Ensure internal teams are aligned with customer expectations and timelines
  • Serve as a strategic voice on the leadership team regarding market trends and revenue forecasts


Forecasting, Reporting & EOS Contribution


  • Generate detailed performance reports on pipeline, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
  • Analyze customer and deal data to adjust strategy and improve win rates
  • Contribute to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) by driving:
  • Vision: Execute sales strategy in line with company mission
  • Traction: Help the organization hit quarterly/annual sales and growth goals
  • Scorecard: Track and report key sales metrics weekly
  • Issues & Data: Identify obstacles early and resolve them quickly


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven track record in sales management, preferably in windows, doors, construction, or home improvement
  • Ability to set and exceed sales goals consistently
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM tools and structured sales processes
  • Familiarity with EOS is a plus
  • High level of personal accountability and a strong work ethic


Compensation & Opportunity

100% Commission-Based


  • Commission on Gross Sales + On Target Bonuses
  • Projected Earnings = $80K–$100K+
