The Role

We’re looking for a Crew Leader – Window & Door Installer who can run a crew with confidence, lead by example, and deliver high-quality installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a crew on residential and commercial window/door installations.
• Ensure all work meets IKON’s quality and safety standards.
• Communicate clearly with customers, crew, and office staff.
• Train and mentor team members.
• Keep jobs on schedule and completed to spec.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary + piece work pay (per window, door, or job).
• Guaranteed minimum weekly salary for income security.
• Piece work bonuses on top of salary – the more you install, the more you earn.

Requirements

• Proven window & door installation experience (crew leader preferred).
• Clean driving record – valid driver’s license required.
• Must be reliable, self-driven, and a strong communicator.
• Drug-free workplace – must pass screening.
• Ability to lead, solve problems, and finish strong.
