Job Title: DSP Facility Manager (Residential Care – Level 3 Facility)

Location: La Mesa, CA

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $19–$21/hr (DOE) | W2 Employee

Position Overview:

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP) who is ready to step into a leadership role as our Facility Manager. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, supervising staff, supporting resident care, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily facility operations and DSP team
  • Ensure all shifts are covered and staff are supported
  • Maintain accurate resident documentation and reports
  • Support residents with ADLs, medication, and behavioral goals
  • Serve as the point of contact for regulatory visits, vendors, and families
  • Uphold Title 22/Title 17 standards and company policies


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of DSP experience required
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to pass DOJ/FBI Live Scan and background check
  • Valid CPR/First Aid and physical/TB test (or willingness to complete)
  • Ability to lead by example


Schedule:

  • Full-Time | 8 or 12-hour shifts | Some weekends required
