In the IT Project and Support Coordinator role, we are looking for a tech-savvy, detail oriented, project focused, and deadline driven, high energy and passionate individual who loves taking ownership, enjoys cross collaboration, and loves making an impact. This role is a perfect blend of technical, project management, account management, and office support and has a plethora of growth as we continue to scale our operations.


Some responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • 24/7 execution of all customer service programs and processes
  • Track project financials, including creating work orders and validating invoices before approvals
  • Manage and perform service call and work order tasks to perfect completion and 100% customer satisfaction 
  • Recommend and prepare templates for process improvement and standardization 
  • Create project plans to meet business objectives on time and within approved budgets
  • Analyze data, trends, to draw conclusions and recommendations
  • Develop and produce reports of study data for project staff as well as all internal stakeholders 
  • Maintain a weekly update schedule with the management team on tasks, projects, deliverables, and all other business matters
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and track the deliverables 
  • Design and implement client surveying process and deliver solutions to all stakeholders internally and externally
  • Oversee and support all administrative tasks such as contractors, mail, supplies, deliveries and events for Brookfield, WI and St. Augustine, FL offices
  • Manage office budget while assisting with logistics of multi-locations offices
  • Identify opportunities for process and office management improvement and own the solutions towards our evolution 


  • 2+ years of IT project coordination experience
  • 1+ years of office administration experience
  • Preferred knowledge of Cisco Technologies
  • Certified Associate in Project Management is highly preferred 
  • Motivated, ambitious, and self driven attitude toward mutual success is a must 
  • Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Accelo a plus
  • Experience within a Managed Services provider or internal corporate IT dept. a plus
  • Experience with Google Workspace a plus
