Our gastro pub shifts gears late night — lights drop, music turns up, energy spikes. The bar becomes the heartbeat. We need someone who thrives in that space.

What You’ll Actually Do

• Craft killer cocktails fast (and remember them the second time someone orders)
• Run a high-volume bar without losing your cool
• Keep the energy up and the drama down
• Read the room like it’s your second language
• Protect the vibe at all costs
• Know when to entertain and when to enforce

You’re Probably a Fit If You:

• Move with urgency but never look rushed
• Have 2+ years bartending in a busy environment
• Can handle a rush without melting down
• Know your classic cocktails without Googling them
• Understand that hospitality is both service and showmanship
• Can politely but firmly shut down nonsense

Bonus points if:

• You actually like people after 11pm
• You’ve worked late-night crowds before
• You have a personality that walks into the room before you do
