Summary
The Director of Client Services on the Sales Team will be a pivotal leader responsible for ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction for IDL's clients, particularly those engaged through our partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in client relationship management, and sales support. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building lasting client relationships, optimizing client retention, and contributing to the overall growth of IDL.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs..
- Sales Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to support client acquisition and retention efforts. Provide insights into client needs and feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Service Delivery Oversight: Oversee the delivery of client services, ensuring that all client interactions are professional, timely, and meet IDL's high standards. Develop and implement best practices for client service operations.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the strategic planning of the sales and client services departments, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients. Provide regular reports to senior management on client service performance and initiatives.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of all IDL products, services, and events to effectively address client inquiries and provide comprehensive solutions.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in client services, account management, or a related client-facing role
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving client satisfaction.
- Experience working closely with a sales team and understanding the sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and motivation.
- Ability to think strategically and implement tactical plans.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client issues.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client service tools.
- Passion for dance and a strong understanding of the dance industry is a plus.
