Job Title: Personal Injury Settlement Manager

Location: Central Point, Oregon

Compensation: $100,000+ (Base Pay + Bonus)

Job Type: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM)

Overview:

We’re hiring a Personal Injury Settlement Manager to join our Central Point office. If you have strong sales or negotiation experience, this is a great opportunity to advocate for injured clients—no legal background required. You'll work directly with insurance adjusters to reach fair settlements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with supervising attorney(s) to achieve a successful outcome for our clients’ pre-litigation settlements
• Negotiate personal injury settlements
• Communicate with clients and insurance companies
• Prepare and manage case documents
• Provide regular updates to clients
• Work closely with the legal team

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong background in sales or negotiations
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Licensed Attorney preferred but not requiredSpanish fluency is a plus but not required
• No legal experience necessary—training provided
