As we continue to grow our litigation team, we are seeking an Associate Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to help lead cases from the point of filing through resolution. Whether you’re based in Southern Oregon or elsewhere in the state, we’re open to building a role around the right candidate.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a litigation attorney to manage personal injury cases post-filing—handling everything from pleadings and discovery through depositions, mediation, and, occasionally, trial. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of legal professionals with strong case support systems already in place, allowing you to focus on building persuasive cases and advocating effectively for our clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys litigation, wants meaningful courtroom exposure, and is passionate about helping injured individuals get the justice they deserve. New attorneys as well as seasoned litigators looking for a mission-driven firm, are both encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a litigation caseload from case filing through settlement or trial
• Draft complaints, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and on rare occasions, trials
• Develop litigation strategy with support from partners and senior attorneys
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, medical providers, and insurance adjusters
• Maintain accurate case notes and ensure timely follow-through on all deadlines
• Handle closing tasks including lien work

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Oregon (or awaiting bar results with intent to be licensed promptly)
• Litigation or trial experience is a plus but not required
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Highly organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required
