Compensation: $18 – $22 per hour, depending on experience

Position Overview:

The Personal Injury Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting clients from the beginning of their case through treatment and toward resolution. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients, helping them feel heard and informed while coordinating all necessary documentation, treatment records, and communication between parties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their case
  • Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
  • Coordinate and track medical treatment and appointments
  • Obtain and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other case materials
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information in our case management system
  • Prepare files and documentation for attorney review and demand preparation
  • Proactively move cases forward while maintaining exceptional client service
  • Work closely with our legal team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks


Qualifications:

  • Experience in personal injury law or a related field is helpful, but not required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
  • Comfortable using different software
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required
