Compensation: $18 – $22 per hour, depending on experience

We’re expanding our Central Point office and are looking for a dedicated Case Manager to join our team and make a meaningful impact in our clients’ lives.
Position Overview:
The Personal Injury Case Manager plays a vital role in supporting clients from the beginning of their case through treatment and toward resolution. You’ll be the go-to contact for clients, helping them feel heard and informed while coordinating all necessary documentation, treatment records, and communication between parties. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to help people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout their case
- Communicate regularly with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
- Coordinate and track medical treatment and appointments
- Obtain and organize medical records, bills, insurance documents, and other case materials
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case information in our case management system
- Prepare files and documentation for attorney review and demand preparation
- Proactively move cases forward while maintaining exceptional client service
- Work closely with our legal team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Qualifications:
- Experience in personal injury law or a related field is helpful, but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and stay on top of deadlines
- Comfortable using different software
- Bilingual (Spanish-English) is a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits:
