Responsibilities:

• Operate stand-up reach forklifts and order pickers safely and efficiently
• Load and unload pallets, freight, and other materials from trucks and containers
• Move, stage, put away, and retrieve palletized inventory throughout the warehouse
• Pick inventory from warehouse racking using a stand-up reach truck or order picker
• Verify product quantities and locations when moving or receiving inventory
• Assist with palletizing, wrapping, labeling, and preparing freight for shipment
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage locations throughout the warehouse
• Keep aisles, loading areas, and workspaces clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Perform basic pre-shift inspections of forklifts and other material-handling equipment
• Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to management
• Assist with general warehouse duties, including receiving, shipping, picking, packing, and inventory work, as needed
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures, forklift operating rules, and company policies
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and supervisors to complete daily workload efficiently

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Previous forklift experience is required
• Hands-on experience operating a Raymond stand-up reach truck and order picker is strongly preferred
• Ability to safely operate a stand-up reach forklift in warehouse aisles and around pallet racking
• Forklift certification preferred; candidates must be able to complete company-required forklift evaluation and certification
• Previous warehouse, distribution, fulfillment, or material-handling experience preferred
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse work for extended periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow inventory locations, quantities, and instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment operation
