ICT Home Pros LLC is hiring motivated, competitive, and self-driven Project Specialists to join our growing sales team.

We are looking for people who want an opportunity where their income is directly tied to their performance.

This is not a salary or hourly position. This is a 1099 independent contractor, 100% commission-based sales opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

WHAT YOU'LL SELL

Our Project Specialists meet with homeowners interested in:

• Roofing
• Siding
• Windows & Doors
• Decks
• Kitchens
• Bathrooms

You aren't limited to selling one product. Our team can help homeowners with projects throughout the entire home.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your primary responsibility is simple: meet homeowners, identify opportunities, present solutions, and close business.

You will:

• Run company-set appointments and leads
• Meet directly with homeowners
• Inspect and evaluate potential projects
• Take measurements and gather project information
• Present project options and pricing
• Discuss available financing options
• Follow up with open opportunities
• Close contracts and generate sales
• Canvass neighborhoods through door-to-door prospecting
• Generate your own leads and referrals
• Prospect around active company projects and targeted neighborhoods
• Maintain accurate customer and lead information
• Participate in company sales and product training

WE PROVIDE THE OPPORTUNITY. YOU PROVIDE THE DRIVE.

Company leads are provided, but we do not want Project Specialists who depend entirely on leads being handed to them.

We are looking for individuals who are willing to create their own opportunities.

The strongest Project Specialists combine company-set appointments with door knocking, referrals, networking, follow-up, and self-generated business.

Sales experience is preferred but not required.

Experience in roofing, remodeling, construction, automotive sales, insurance restoration, door-to-door sales, solar, pest control, real estate, or other commission-based industries can be beneficial.

More importantly, we want people with the right attitude and work ethic.

UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL

This is a 1099 independent contractor position.

There is:

No hourly wage.

No salary.

No cap on commissions.

Your results determine your income.

You'll have the opportunity to earn commissions from both company-provided opportunities and business you generate yourself.

COMPANY VEHICLE OPPORTUNITY

New Project Specialists begin with a 90-day probationary period.

After 90 days, your performance will be reviewed based on sales, execution of responsibilities, prospecting activity, consistency, professionalism, and overall performance.

Project Specialists who meet company expectations may qualify for a company-provided vehicle.

The vehicle is earned through performance — it is not automatically provided simply for completing 90 days.

TRAINING & SUPPORT

You don't need to walk in knowing everything about construction.

ICT Home Pros provides ongoing training covering our products, sales process, measuring, inspections, presentations, prospecting, financing, follow-up, and closing.

We'll provide the tools and training to help you succeed.

What you do with the opportunity is up to you.
