The desired experience and skills we're looking for are:

• Handling more than one phone line at a time.
• Scheduling patients for treatment to goal.
• Reviewing treatment plans with patients and identifying barriers preventing a patient from scheduling and helping them move forward.
• Excellent customer service and welcoming demeanor.
• Computer skills with work, excel, google drive, slack and Eagle soft experience is a plus.
• Review and collect copays from patients for scheduled treatment.
• Multi tasking and attention to detail is a must.
• Basic patient accounting knowledge.
• Dental insurance knowledge.
