DUTIES

• Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers 
• Networking with relevant stakeholders 
• Searching for new business opportunities 
• Setting up attractive product displays and promotional booths 
• Listening to what customers want and bringing it back to the team so it can be implemented.
• Follow up with customers to ensure they are satisfied and updated on upcoming events
• Partner with the Marketing Director to maximize event and brand awareness on socials, blogs, in emails, on websites and in person. 
• Manage street team   
• Organizing and providing VIP list
• Liaising with security and bar staff
• Ensuring events run smoothly on the night 

REQUIRMENTS 

• Preferably a proven track record in organizing events, attracting crowds or retail.
• Degree in marketing, finance, business or administration is preferable.
• Must be 21+ 
• Sharp customer service skills.
• Knowledge of supply and demand.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation. 
• Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure and make quality decisions in stressful situation.
• Excellent multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and socializing skills.
• Ability to ask for help from support staff around you, yet autonomously handle tasks once given a framework.
• Simple accounting skills to track prices. 
• Ability to work/be on your feet. 
• Attend multiple weekly meetings. 
• Excellent communication skills.
