Technical Integrator Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless integration of technical solutions within the IRS Taxpayer Experience Platform (TXP).
• Establish best practices for software integration, performance tuning, and cloud-based deployments.
•Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enhance deployment efficiency and reliability.
•Collaborate with development teams to optimize multi-cloud solutions and secure architectures.
•Perform technical assessments and drive architectural improvements aligned with business needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
•Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or related field.
•At least ten (10) years of experience in technical and engineering roles. Highly proficient in core technologies and the latest integration frameworks.
•Proven track record of designing and implementing efficient, user-centric systems and excel at collaborating effectively within an agile environment.
•Extensive experience working on Agile teams and utilizing the latest integration tools, techniques, and methods to design and deploy efficient user-facing systems.
•Skilled in integrating complex system components, optimizing performance, and ensuring scalability and reliability.
•Proficient in requirements analysis, system architecture design, and validation processes to meet both user and business needs.
•Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions within agile and lean environments.
•Proficiency in DevOps, cloud solutions, or systems integration.
•Expertise in agile software development and CI/CD best practices.
•Preferred experience with processing systems and tools.
Employment Type:
•Full Time, on-site at client’s location.
Security Clearance:
•Must be able to obtain and maintain a MBI Security clearance. An active MBI clearance in good standing preferred.
•US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Resident required.

Salary range: $102,000 - $117,000 per year
